ACS PRO BADMINTON will process personal data only with an agreement of every member of our sport club, which will be invited to fill in a registration form, where will be collected the following data:

1. Name and suirname (first name) of the child 

2. Age / Date and year of child's birth

3. Address of the child

4. Name and surname (first name) of the parent / guardian

5. Phone number of the child and of the parent

6. Email address of the parent

7. School where the child studies 

These data will be used exclusively for the sport club's activities and will not be divulged to other persons.
